1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using manyflicks.com (the "Service") by any medium, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 (as of now) years of age to create an account and use this Service. By using Many Flicks, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User-Generated Content and Uploads

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights to any content you upload to Many Flicks. By uploading content, you grant Many Flicks an app published by Digital Den LLC, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content on the platform.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Many Flicks (support@manyflicks.com) maintains a zero-tolerance policy for illegal and abusive content. You strictly agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that:

• Involves Minors: Contains, promotes, or depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or involves anyone under the age of 18 in any sexual or suggestive context. Any such content will be immediately removed, the user permanently banned, and the incident reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
• Is Non-Consensual: Features individuals in intimate situations without their documented, explicit consent (e.g., "revenge porn").
• Promotes Hate or Violence: Incites violence, harasses, or promotes discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
• Contains Threats: Communicates direct or indirect threats of physical harm against individuals or groups.
• Is Illegal or Infringing: Violates local, state, or international laws, or infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others.

6. Content Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, flag, modify, or remove any content available via the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violating these Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Many Flicks an app published by Digital Den LLC or Digital Den LLC directly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service or any user-generated content.
